Woke Austin’s Population is 7% Black While Statewide 12% so Texas’ Capital City is Unappealing to Minorities?

Shouldn’t the black population of leftist-haven Austin, Texas be much more than 7% if the white leftists there really are not bigots rather “social justice warriors?”
