Abraham’s First Born Son Ishmael by Egyptian Hagar Settled East & South of Promised Land Sons Kedar & Nebaioth

It seems the Ishmaelites stayed close to the Promised Land, to the south and east, although some may have ranged farther to the east across northern Arabia on the north side of the Ice Age river Wadi al Rummah which flowed to southern Sumer. The Word of Elohim tells us that Kedar was a son of Ishmael, the Kedarites who settled in the Wadi Sirhan valley (about a hundred miles east of the Dead Sea), and Nebaioth who began the Nabatean tribe (the builders of Petra) to the south of the Dead Sea, the other ten sons of Ishmael listed in Genesis who seem to have settled near the Promised Land too.
