Marc Short Says Pence & Trump Are Talking But That Ex Vice President Could Not Have Changed Electoral College Votes

This evening on Special Report, ex vice president Pence’s chief of staff Marc Short said that Trump and Pence have been speaking with each other, but also said that Trump was wrong in having expected Pence to do something about the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6th, yet no date is specified in the U. S. Constitution that the Electoral College votes need be certified in Congress, only that the president (new or incumbent) be inaugurated on Jan. 20th, so Trump wanted Pence to delay the certification so that the ongoing flood of election fraud evidence would be further considered by the state legislators
