In effect the U. S. Supreme Court would have overturned the 2020 presidential election had they heard the election fraud cases and thrown out the illegal votes, so it’s understandable that the Court (and the lower courts) decided to abstain from involvement in the election fraud issue, that it’s the job of the state legislators and governors to see that their elections are clean.
