When the Electoral College votes are to be counted tomorrow by Mike Pence in Congress, he could count the votes from only the states which conducted Constitutionally compliant elections (having abided by legislated not fiat election laws), which rules out the seven contested states, thus president Trump wins 232 Electoral College votes to 222 for Smartmatic Joe (a relatively graceful way to end it).
