Rainfall During the Ice Age Caused North Africa & Middle East to Be Green so What Caused All Those Rain Clouds?

Translate:

During the days of Old Kingdom Egypt (when the Great Pyramid was built), the Nile river flowed much wider and deeper, the region green, in fact all of North Africa green as well as the Middle East where today are deserts, so what caused all that rainfall at about 40 inches per year? It took clouds obviously, lots more clouds, formed by evaporation off the ocean which was much warmer in the aftermath of Noah’s Flood, the Ice Age, which ended when the ocean had cooled to about today’s temperatures.
