While the establishment media types rejoice that the Supreme Court is protecting Smartmatic Joe by not hearing the election fraud case because the plaintiff states supposedly have no standing to file suit, they (the establishment media types) are having an impossible time trying to explain the Supreme Court not hearing a case concerning Article II of the U. S. Constitution, in essence expunged from the document!
