America is Getting Good Civics Lesson in Learning That Election Laws Made & Changed Only by State Legislatures

Constitution stipulates that only the legislatures of each state shall make (or change) election laws, rendering the unsolicited mail-in ballots and other changes to the election laws unconstitutional (having been decreed by governors not by legislative vote), reason enough to throw out those ballots, but probably the only goal some of the president Trump’s lawsuits to render void all ballots received after the last day spelled out in election law.
