The all-time record voter-participation rate in Wisconsin was 74% (in 2004), but this year supposedly almost 90% have participated, hard to believe, nothing fishy about that? Thusly don’t be surprised that after the Wisconsin recount, the real number is closer to 80% spelling victory for Trump.
