Constitution, the states shall create the laws governing elections, laws which are made by legislatures or referenda, not by courts or commissions, so considering the unsolicited mail-in ballots were instructed by courts or commissions (not by legislators changing the laws), Team Sleepy Joe would be protesting this unconstitutionality if not that i’s helping them!
