In order to get to a topic (such as the Biden’s China deals) tonight during the debate which Welker and Biden don’t want discussed, president Trump will have to divert a bit from the topic at hand, and Welker will have no right to interrupt to get him back strictly to the topic, because it’s for the audience to judge such as move by the president not for Kristen Welker to judge his strategy.
