On Hannity’s show tonight (Tuesday), Dr. Ronnie Jackson who served three presidents said that Sleepy Joe doesn’t have the mental capacity to serve as president, that he can’t find his words and is steadily declining, now shuffling a bit, not knowing where he is some of the time, getting even worse.
