By executive orders announced tonight (Friday) and due to be implemented next week, payroll taxes paid by employees will be suspended until the end of the year (to increase paychecks and payrolls) , the moratorium on evictions will continue, payments to the unemployed will be continued, and relief on student loans will be granted, the only head-scratcher that all preexistent conditions must be accepted by the insurance companies which would be hard-pressed to remain profitable wouldn’t they?
