The millions of wuhan tests administered which did not provide same-day results were a waste of time for the purpose of contact tracing (which could’ve been effective only near the very beginning of the pandemic), so obviously those tests were conducted anyway just to pump-up the fear factor in order to keep the economy crippled until November to hinder Trump’s reelection.
