The wuhan virus reportedly is 3 to 10 times more contagious than is the common flu which infects 50 million to 80 million Americans per year, so it’s reasonable to assume that herd immunity for the wuhan is rapidly approaching with probably at least 100,000,000 Americans having been infected so far.
