President Trump May Utilize the Insurrection Act for Military Forces to Quell the Anarchic Urban Violence

This morning on Fox & Friends, senator Tom Cotton said the Insurrection Act could be used by Trump for U. S. military forces to ensure domestic tranquility by ending the rioting, overwhelming force the only solution followed by prosecutions.
