O. is reporting a record day of confirmed wuhan cases, 106,000 having tested positive worldwide in a 24 hour period, yet perhaps 300,000,000 people worldwide have been infected by the wuhan, so the “record daily increase” is of no real significance, it only shows that more testing is being done.
