President Trump wisely encouraged the respective states to manage much distribution of goods and services during the wuhan virus scare-hoax, much of it funded by the federal government, and the president has allowed each state to determine when and how to reopen, putting federalism to very effective use, local expertise for greater efficiency in dealing with the crisis.
