Federal Government Should Provide Wuhan Relief Money to States But Not Bailout of Their Bloated Budgets

The Democrats want monetary relief for the fiscally irresponsible blue states, in the name of the wuhan virus, but only relief for expenses incurred because of wuhan virus should be forthcoming to the states whether or not they are fiscally responsible.
