Instead of conducting random tests for the wuhan virus in town and country across the land, the CDC is instructing hospitals nationwide to count deaths by other causes as deaths by the wuhan virus, thus to increase the numerator while not establishing the denominator of the ratio for the mortality rate by the wuhan (which is probably about 0.1% of those infected), the CDC complicit in the wuhan scare-hoax.
