About three weeks ago, New York governor Andrew Cuomo estimated that half of the population of the state of New York has been infected by the wuhan virus, so with the horse so far out of the barn, isn’t the shelter in place thing just a ploy to stymie the economy in order to hinder Trump’s reelection?
