If the U. S. independent oil producers are allowed to go bankrupt by the plummeted global price of oil, the U. S. oil industry would be composed of only two or three huge multinational companies such as Exxon, with millions of jobs lost, so considering the energy industry is crucial to U. S.national security, president Trump should instruct the refiners to process only U. S. produced oil until the Russians and Saudi Arabians end their market-share warfare designed to crush U. S. independent oil producers.
