Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that construction of a big stretch of the southern border wall can begin (mostly in the El Paso sector along the Rio Grande), $4 billon worth of wall, which means a few hundred miles of it, that’s president Trump working hard to Keep America Great.
