Surely Barack H. Obama is not signaling support for Pocahontas Warren nor Amy Klobuchar in saying that women make the best leaders, so he must be signaling that Crooked Hillary Clinton should enter the presidential race, having the best chance in his mind of defeating Trump with his (Obama’s) help, in order that he (Obama) and Hillary might stand a chance of escaping legal repercussions for their roles in ObamaGate (the conspiracy to clear Crooked Hillary and frame Donald Trump).
