Still not naming the whistleblower (although knowing his identity), Rand Paul on Special Report said that the whistleblower was on the Ukraine desk of the U. S. State Department when Joe Biden told Ukrainian government officials to fire the prosecutor going after Burisma including Hunter Biden, and therefore, that the “whistleblower” actually is a material witness in the investigation of the Bidens’ shenanigans.
