Almost everybody agrees that Adam “Shifty” Schiff needs to loosen up, to show at least some sense of humor not yet seen, perhaps by going as Joseph Stalin this Halloween, to mock the Republicans by showing that he’s guilt-free in his witch hunting, or maybe a kangaroo outfit for his court?
