President Trump may have succeeded in winning at least half of the Democrat votes in Elijah Cummings’ congressional district for his 2020 reelection to the presidency by noting the sadly blighted condition of west Baltimore, and now who is running against Cummings, might that candidate unseat the longtime congressman who apparently has not done much for his constituents for decades?
