Flourishing U. S. Economy Has Million Job Openings Not Filled so 74,000 Hires in May Way Short of What Should Be

Assuming most of the million or so job openings in the U. S. are positions requiring some form of certification or skill training, the lack in the U. S. is in education and skill training not in the economic capacity of the U. S., so the month of May’s lower than expected new hire number of 74,000 is more an indictment of training programs for youths, and perhaps an indictment too of millions of Americans who would rather not bother to increase their skills for those jobs (merit-based immigration to help).
