We now know that Joe Biden was in the ObamaGate loop, part of the secret planning group including Susan Rice who wrote a note placed in the record only days before Trump was inaugurated that all of the work done by that group was done by the book, so for what other working groups did she post-date notes saying it was all done by the book, probably none?
