Tonight by tweet, president Trump announced a 5% tariff on all goods from Mexico as punishment for continuing to enable the flow of illegal aliens up to the U. S. border, this tariff which Trump says will be increased until the Mexican government decides to cooperate, so isn’t Mexico now paying for the wall?
