Tightness of New State Law Abortion Restrictions is Irrelevant to Supreme Court Question to Overturn Roe v. Wade

Translate:

Since Roe v. Wade does not say that all abortions under all circumstances shall be legal, nor stipulate the circumstances in which abortions can be restricted, the states are well within their rights to restrict abortions (as each state sees fit), thus Roe v. Wade in a sense is superfluous, the Supreme Court really powerless to overrule even the strictest of restrictions such as by the new law in Alabama, unless the Supreme Court would rule it’s in violation of Roe v. Wade (which it’s not).
