Trump wants to seal the border by fencing before he talks about how to deal with the millions of illegal aliens already in the Country, which makes sense unless you’re a sneaky Democrat on Capitol Hill trying to negotiate a “comprehensive plan” which though of course would just compound both problems for lack of focus on stopping the flow rather than on buying more buckets to catch the flow.
