Often in his question-and-answer sessions with the press on the campaign trail, and even in speeches, Joe Biden looks like a very old absent-minded guy getting flustered because he knows not all his circuits are firing, an old man feeling the pressure from all the scandals engulfing him, not for the faint of heart nor the very old lacking the energy to do much more than play a few games of canasta.
