At his presser today, attorney general William Barr said that charges are only pending against some supposed and unnamed Russian hackers of the DNC server, after two and a half years of no charges certainly suggestive that there is really no evidence of such, the implication that it was an inside job, keeping in mind that the FBI under James Comey did not seize the DNC server to analyze.
