Ninth Circuit Court Responds to Trump’s Sanctuary City Threat Allows President to Keep Asylum Seekers in Mexico


In a legal development surely more than mere coincidence, on the day that president Trump threatened to dump all the illegal alien overflows into sanctuary cities (mostly in California), the 9th circuit court of appeals ruled (Friday evening) that Trump indeed can force the asylum seekers to wait in Mexico while being processed, so that those not passing muster won’t be allowed into the U. S., about 90% of them.
