Swastika is of the same Indo European (japhetic) etymological root as the word auspice (auspicious), from awi-spek for bird observer (awi as owl), so Mt. Kailash (“the Axis Mundi”) called the Nine Tiered Swastika Mountain bespeaks the good fortune ostensibly to be found by reverence to it.
