Did Anybody Hear Governor Cuomo Brag That More Abortions Than Births of Black Babies Occur in New York City?

Tonight on Tucker’s show, Mark Steyn noted that more black babies in New York City are aborted than are birthed, so isn’t governor Cuomo supposed to be proud of that?
