Fend-off is what strategic fencing will do, fending-off what the 3,500 military personnel now moving to the U. S. southern border are assigned to do until the strategic fencing will be installed, fencing much cheaper to fend-off the illegal alien wannabes than many thousands of military men and women unless desert training bases would be setup along the border, but even then more fence needed.
