Using dialogue and prop scenes behind them to seem to be broadcasting from New York City or D. C., money grubbing Joe and Mika Scarborough actually have moved to Florida to avoid the high state taxes in Connecticut, not a good look for the progressive pair saying the rich should “pay their fair share.”
