If Chuck and Nancy would agree that border security fencing should be installed in areas where human traffickers and drug smugglers frequently cross into the U. S., they would be agreeing that the DoD by statute can provide the funds for that, but if they wouldn’t agree that those fence installations should be made, the question could be asked are the trafficker/smugglers paying Chuck and Nancy?
