After president Trump eliminated the penalty for choosing to not buy health insurance, federal district court judge Reed O’Conner has ruled that individual mandate (to have to pay a penalty) unconstitutional and thereby the rest of ObamaCare struck down (because without the mandate it’s insolvent), which of course will be appealed, but certainly progress is being made.
