Funding for border security, apparently the best bang-for-the-buck by bollard fencing, will continue to be a top priority of a strong majority of Americans, if the Democrats won’t budge, so the Democrats now in Congress should realize that president Trump will be more likely to veto whatever bill they will propose by their House majority in January, which will make them wish that they had accepted what Trump is now proposing, a winning position for him going into his 2020 reelection, the Four Pillars Plan.
