Translate:

The Chinese government issued a statement today that president Trump is not naive in assuming China will do what was agreed-to in Buenos Aires, Xi having agreed to lower tariffs on imported U. S. tariffs on Chinese imports will go from 10% up to 25%, so intense benefit/cost analyses are ongoing in Beijing.
