In response to chief justice John Roberts’ criticism of president Trump for having accused the federal 9th circuit court of being a den leftist ideologues, the president responded by challenging the clearly stung Roberts to consider that the 9th circuit’s decisions are overturned by the Supreme Court far more often than are the decisions from the other federal circuit courts.
