Could CNN’s current messaging that (legal?) Latino voter enthusiasm is only lukewarm actually mean they are lukewarm about the Democrats’ agenda (or lack thereof) and approving of Trump’s agenda, though not willing to vote Republican, rather just stay home on election day?
