Democrat Party Values of Perversion Shouldn’t Be Enshrined by Supreme Court Opinion Rather by Referenda


Almost everybody knows that abortion and homosexuality are not championed (nor even mentioned) in the U. S. Constitution, and that therefore, of course, the U. S. Supreme Court should never have ruled on either, other than to say that those controversial issues should be decided by the voters at the state level, according to the 10th Amendment, or at the federal level by Congressional legislation.
