Jeff Flake of Judiciary Committee Votes Yes on Kavanaugh Citing Presumption of Innocence Lack of Corroboration


In his statement before the vote on referring Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Senate floor for a vote (on Tuesday?), outgoing senator Jeff Flake stood with the legal principle that Kavanaugh should be considered innocent unless proven guilty, that there was no corroborating evidence for CBF’s charges (and in fact corroborations against her charges).
