Why do the U. S. senators even consider CBF’s accusation against Kavanaugh since it can’t be proven? Anybody could say just about anything about anybody as has done Christine Ballsey-Ford, and if taken seriously it smears the accused without due process in a court of law, effectively libel because it’s not and can’t be proven, so those senators impressed by CBF should shake themselves.
