Trump Should Assign Ten Billion Dollars of This Year’s Defense Budget to Border Wall Then Challenge Democrats

Translate:

Since Congress is unwilling to pass a bill to build the wall, with less than two months to the midterm elections, president Trump should announce that $10 billion of the $720 billion defense budget should go immediately to work on the wall, to challenge the Democrat candidates in the midterms. If Trump would do this, perhaps the Republicans will affix that much (or the whole $20 billion) to an upcoming spending bill, before the midterms, challenging the Democrats to oppose it.
