States’ Laws to Restrict Abortions Ok’d by Supreme Court Just Proves It’s Certainly a Tenth Amendment Issue

The federal court system is allowing states to restrict the circumstances under which abortions will be allowed, proving that Roe. v. Wade en toto should be left for each state (or Congress) to decide.
